How to Use
- Topical: can be applied directly to the skin without dilution. Avoid UV exposure for 12 hours after application.
- Inhalation: use with a diffuser or inhale the aroma directly from the bottle.
- Internal use: add 1-2 drops to a capsule and wash down with plenty of water, or add 1 drop to a teaspoon of honey or a cup of beverage. Do not use internally in children under 6 years old; for older children, use in greater dilution and with caution. Use to season food.
