Directions for Use:

After flossing, apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to a wet toothbrush. Brush thoroughly, ideally after every meal and morning and evening, or as directed by your dentist. For extra results, rinse your mouth with a mixture of one drop of On Guard and 236 ml of water. Rinse for one minute, then rinse again with clean water.
